Purchased this item for my bedroom as my skins get dry when the air-conditioner runs for several hours. I love that it’s such a large capacity, ran all day today and no problems. My skin is not dry anymore, my mouth doesn’t feel dry in the morning. I can definitely feel an improvement in air quality. Excellent work, and I would gladly recommend to my friends.The item arrived very promptly and packaged well with some protections - please see pics. It was in perfect condition, and it contains details a AH50 humidifier, an user manual and a silver ion water purifying box, so it doesn’t requite a replacement filter, very nice.Easy to use, place the silver ion box to the base, fill the water tank, lift off the water tank on the top, flip it over and there is a screw on fill cap. Remove the cap, and you fill the tank upside down, Screw the cap back on, set back down into the base. Connect the power cable, it’s done.I love the features such as automatic shut-off when the water level low. Knob adjusts control the vol, it’s with LED light but soft, it won’t disturb you during your sleep at night. 360° rotatable mist nozzles, Handle for easy to carrying water tank. Activated charcoals - while humidifying it can adsorbs odors, so great. Also it has oil diffuser stand-alone box, and so on.The price is quite reasonable and the filterless design is highly convenient. Definitely recommended!

So, the diffuser...there isn't a very clear description on the diffuser part of this humidifier, so I was a little unsure how it worked or whether I'd like it. But I love diffusing oil and was really hoping to find a good humidifier that could also diffuse oil. So thought I'd give it a try. I've only been using it a week, but so far I like it. I was disappointed at first; you could hardly smell any of the oil. (Full disclosure, I have a very weak sense of smell, but I think my husband with a normal nose would agree. ;) Suddenly though, the diffuser seems to have kicked in and is finally working! I just cleaned the unit for the first time. (Have been using it about a week.) Wouldn't think it would need much cleaning after only a week and being new...not sure if the cleaning helped or what, but you can smell the oil now! (Using Young Living brand essential oils. And again, if I can smell it, then anyone should be able to smell it!)I would NOT say the diffuser works as well as a traditional, stand alone diffuser, but considering the multi-functionality of adding a diffuser to a humidifier, I am pleased. Do NOT expect the same intensity you get from diffusing a small amount of oil in a small, typical diffuser. I would describe it more as a delicate scent of oil in the room. That may be because the oil container is VERY small, especially for such a large water tank. (Not even the size of a thimble! Look for the yellow thing in my pictures.) Also note, it is difficult to get drops of oil into the container without them missing it altogether and being wasted. So, that is kind of frustrating.But the humidifier itself feels sturdy and like it's built well. It puts off a good mist. Other than the small oil container, the only other thing I'd change is the brightness of the dial knob. We have blackout curtains in our bedroom for a reason! The knob is way too bright, in my opinion. I think it could be toned down quite a bit without losing its purpose. Oh, and do keep in mind that this unit will be heavy to lug around when it is full--not something you'll want to move from room to room. (It's easy to move when empty though. ;) I do really like the clean, white look. Hope it holds up well!

This humidifier is probably one of the best ones I have owned. It is very quiet, runs all night and even with a big tank, isn't overly large or cumbersome. I would suggest it would be best used on a table or stand as on the floor the mist doesn't shoot up high enough.

This humidifier functions well. We love the humidifier.If you're reading this, buy this humidifier. I got this because it's great for the skin to have more moisture at night. I've had a lot of humidifiers. This one is better than any I've ever had. Excellent operation, sleek and smooth, and the perfect size. Would buy again.

only the first night in play, so far we love this product. It looks very nice and stylish, not completely silent when it runs, it sounds like far away rains, in my opinion. I like its original packaging as well. So far we love this product and looking forward to the misty nights :)

I have had this item for only two months, have only used the humidifier one time. I will say the first time the humidifier was amazing! Went to fill the tank up the second time, used the handle that is on the tank to carry it back to its base needless to say the dang handle snapped off/broke and the tank dropped to the floor. Something cracked on inside of the tank because now water spills out everywhere. I can’t tell you how extremely frustrating that is since it was only used once. Also why have a handle for easy carrying if the handle is not strong enough for the water inside the tank?

the problem I have with this item is the plastic smells like a toxic waste dump.I looked for the mandatory recycling triangle, and there is nothing there. So I don't know what plastic this is. PE polyethylene is one of the cleanest, but this is not PE.Then I looked at the carbon filters underneath the unit. First, these small ilters will not have any capacity. A scam. Second, when I put them to my nose, they stank of chemicals also.whew! The unit looks well put together, but their chemistry needs work. I guess they think nobody will notice the contaminant smells. The filters are a joke. (The manufacturers are putting filters in since these types of humidifiers have a bad reputation of throwing minerals into the air. I have a RO purifier unit, so that's not an issue for me. But it shows why they are putting fake filters in, sales appeal for the uninformed.So I will wait for a clean unit , or I might modify one of these plastic monsters to be clean.
