I constantly buy this particular collagen supplement, because it t is very well made,balanced and smart addition to my program of well-being.

Collagen taken as a powder is definitely the way to go. I’m of the understanding that tablet forms don’t always give you enough.This powder is clean. GMO and Gluten free with no added nasties and packaged in a compostable pouch. It has added hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and minerals added which is great.Added to coffee it dissolves almost instantly and barely needs stirring. Definitely no taste or after taste.I’ve been taking collagen for a couple of years since I saw it on social media. I’m in my 50s and walk each day and work out every other day. It has a massive effect on my joints, my recovery, and hair and skin.This collagen I’m my opinion is worth the money. It’s far better than the one I was taking previously.The company supports Ecologi which means they plant a tree with every order.I would definitely recommend.

I have been taking this for 2 days so have no idea if I will see any benefits at this stage. I purchased this product because it has more types of verisol than anything else I could find. I wish this was in tablet form as I think the taste is awful. It has a malt taste to me. I have mixed it with lemonade and didnt like it plus it went very throthy. I have mixed it with jam but this also doesnt hide the taste.

I like Time health supplements, I buy the Lions Mane supplements for my mum who has Alzheimer’s and I think they make good quality products that I trust so I was happy to try their collagen. When I read that it has a bad taste and was possibly gritty I was concerned as I do not drink coffee so I needed to find a hot drink with strong taste that could both dissolve the gritty texture (my adhd makes me sensitive to textures) and finding a strong taste would be essential to masking the taste!I am a big tea drinker so I had a look and decided the best option would probably be one with ginger and Lemon and Ginger is definitely is a good option. I stirred the teaspoon of collagen in a couple of minutes after the boiling water and then left the teabag in for another 5 minutes. Honestly I can barely taste a difference, if anything, it’s slightly nicer lol, and there is no gritty texture at all.I obviously haven’t been taking the supplement yet to tell if there are any real differences but at 45 and on adhd meds I am losing collagen around my cheek bones and temples at a rate of knots and if anything can help slow that down I’ll be very happy.I can say that I haven’t had any negative side effects from taking this, but one thing to note is that it is made from bovine collagen which means it comes from cows so it is not vegetarian which is a shame and why I deduct a star.

I had no issues dissolving this collagen in my juice.Unlike other collagens (also note that this is a blend) this one has a pleasant scent, I could smell either almonds or kernels. Everyone would smell different things obviously but it would not radically change the scent landscape of this collagen.It was nice drinking it and the taste was good too. I did not conflict with my carrots and apple juice.This collagen blend comes with a healthy dose of great properties per serving.It also appears to be fairly priced for the outlined benefits above.Unlike other collagens, this comes in a compact pouch that is also good on the go and would not occupy plenty of space.

The media could not be loaded.  I didn't like the hyaluronic acid, in my opinion its better as a topical treatment, taking it internally causes kidneys to go mental for me, I can tell when my kidneys don't like something, I usually feel faint or hard to breathe, this did the same thing and its typically due to the hyaluronic, but in general supplements damage kidneys, if your healthy though it should be ok.Collagen mix types with some vitamins and minerals, tastes a little on the sweeter side compared to others I've used, this also doesn't smell bad like others. Before taking collagen supplements I had bone and muscle mains all over from training and life in general, as we age we lose our ability to easily make collagen, taking supplement form of collagen has helped me immeasurably with bone and muscle pains by helping my body fix the bones and muscles, I almost feel 16 again no more pains in the body or bone clicks have also been severely limited which is great.The only problem I find is that collagen usually taken in 10g per day with all the other ones, I think this one being 5.2g and split between morning and night is rather annoying, and underdosed. The other ingredients prevent you from taking the full 10g of collagen because if you did you would overdose on the other ingredients.It's better to take collagen on its own then you can get the full dose. This still isn't bad but lacking in quantity of collagen, and that hyaluronic acid irritates me, this is still good for skin, bones/joints and muscles with a few other vitamins to help, best taken with food twice a day 2.1g per dose total 4.2g I use a kitchen scale to measure, its kind of annoying really why not just make it an even 2g.This deserves a 3 or 4 stars because it doesn't have some of that bad smell or taste that some bovine collagen comes with, just this also has poor value vs collagen quantity.

As collagen supplements go, this one is nutritionally superior. It being a Time Health product, is to be expected as previous experience of Time Health products are that although maybe a tad pricier than competing products, the quality and butrient profile is usually higher. The addition of vitamin c will help the body utilise it. The inclusion of other elements such as calcium from eggshells greater promotes bone health and would therefore be ideal for anyone with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or for fracture recovery.The powder dissolves easily in hot drinks and can also be added to porridge or yogurt without affecting the taste.Overall, a great little musculoskeletal supplement.
