This is a wonderful tasting Sencha Green Tea, twice steamed and considered an everyday Sencha tea. This tastes like you are sitting in a Japanese Garden enjoying a cup of tea! I brewed it at 175 F for 2 1/2 minutes in my electric tea maker using 1 teaspoon per cup. There is small green leaf dust in my cup my it tastes just fine! The leaves are very fragile and small but it makes a delicious cup of Sencha Green Tea! The pictures on the web page are very true to what the leaves look like as well as the cup of tea after brewing. Nice tea, time to go back to my make believe Japanese Garden!!

You have to carefully follow the instructions for preparation. My first batch was shockingly bitter. It was more mellow on the second try. It's definitely best suited to tea aficionados rather than casual enjoyers.

I really like this tea and the flavour. I drink 2 cups daily and I find myself less tired and more energized.

This is the best Sencha green tea I’ve ever purchased outside of Japan. Very fresh, which helps too. Holds up to high end Japanese teas from famous tea growing rations such as Uji and Shizuoka.

I love drinking Japanese green tea. This is Sencha, a type of green tea in small pieces due to longer steaming time. I recommend brewing them in teapots with fine infusers or you can buy some empty tea bags.These tea leaves have a vivid and bright dark green colour. They smell fresh and grassy. The natural sweetness perfectly neutralizes the bitterness and creates a balanced pleasant taste. Refreshing and enjoyable.
