This is good for home canning as it helps pickle and works well and is easy to use for home canning

I am new to Pickling. Did Refigerator Pickles in 2022, which were pretty good. Encouragingly good enough to go the Full Monty. Made Pickles 4 times in 2023, 3-5 jars at a time. The first batch of 3 jars did not have Pickle Fresh. After sitting on a shelf for 4 months, they tasted great, but were a little limp; but still better than store bought.After reading about Pickle Fresh, I bought this container, added 1/4 teaspoon to each jar and the results were Excellent! The pickles retained a nice crunch. The downside is this container is huge! With only a 1/4 teaspoon per jar, the average small batch canner probably would never need to buy it again!

What can I say about this stuff other than it's AMAZING!!! I make 6 different kinds of pickles and this stuff has been s game changer! They make the pickles just the right crunch and cuts out so many steps, making my process so much faster!I have my own canning business, so anything that can speed up the process is appreciated! I don't have to soak my cucumbers overnight or for multiple days now! I clean them, prep them, put them in jars, make brine, add this stuff and I'm done!I still use a small amount of Alum in my brine, but this stuff is a game changer! I can't wait to try it with other vegies and fruit! I'll update once I do!

I looked all over for this product around my town and never found it, did I tell you that Amazon has everything? Yep they sure do. 😊

Excellent quality! Perfect when making pickles.

We had a pickle party over Canada day weekend and did about 100 jars in all. We still have lots left and this jug will most likely last longer than its best before date. It was also much better priced than the pickle crisp brand, and easier to find. My wife and i couldn't tell the difference in the end product.

They worked great. Great value for the money. Barely made a dent in the package and made dozens of jars of pickles. My pickles are crunchy and I have lots left for future years.

Review options don't really relate to the product. Good value for the money, you can put up a lot of pickles with this much product. we'll see how it works in a month or two
