Tefal Bistro 5-Piece Cookware Set, Red

Great set and as its Tefal the quality is the highest for consumer level cooking.PROS+Each pot and pan is light and has a high quality finish+The heat mechanism is great but i dont find it that necessary I know that things usually get hot after some time from being under heat.+ Very cheap (i got mine for 30 which is a steal for these)+super fast delivery only took 2 days and it was only on AMAZONS 3-5 standard delivery time+ non-stick finish makes cleaning easy (as long as you dont burn your food of course.CONS- Small, you cant cook a tremendous amount in these (but still great for the individual and another)Ultimately These pots and pans are aimed at people new to cooking; Students and first apartment/house movers, i really cant flaw this set its fantastic and doesnt break the bank if your a student buy this now, dont buy cheap tacky pots buy these while these are on offer!!!.....that is after you have bought your grants worth in beer and beans

Great range of pans.

I love these pots. They look great, the non-stick surface is amazing and the tefal hotspot which indicates the temperature of the pot being ideal to being cooking is also useful. Super easy to clean as well. My only complaint is that the pots and pans are smaller than I realised, which is probably my own fault for not checking the precise measurements. Also, the pans dont come with lids, which isnt ideal but not the end of the world either. I have ordered a Tefal wok so that I can cook larger amounts as both pans are a little too small for anything other than eggs!

Bought this set of 5 Tefal saucepans when I first moved into my new place, after much research on the best set of saucepans to get. I have now had them for 3 years and they are going strong.The red (can be bought in different colours) is a great colour and different to most pans.they have a non stick coating which has lasted and not scratched, meaning they are easy to clean and food when cooking tends to not stick at the bottom of the pans.Have put in the dishwasher pretty much every time i have used and this has not damaged the non-stick or the red paint on the outside.The descriptions says they are oven safe, although I am yet to try this.The pans are strong and robust yet light to hold.Would definitely purchase again when these become worn.

These at £38 are an absolute bargain.Bought these when I moved out and I'm still using them now!The non stick is brilliant. Cooking is easy and washing them is a delight. Things just slide off!As with all non stick, use a wooden spoon and such for stirring. Metal spoons and forks will scratch it off otherwise!You get multiple sized pans for different meals, and also enough to have 4 on the go at once to make a full on meal.Large saucepan is adequate for most meals. If you're cooking for a lot of people, then I'd prefer a larger one. But then you have the option of just using 2 saucepans!I'm still using these now and am glad I bought these! Will be looking at tefal for other kitchen equipment now too!

Very pleased with this purchase. My wife has bad arthritis in her hands but loves to cook and our old saucepan set had just got too heavy. These are much lighter, great looking and super easy to clean. The heat spot in the pans is a neat touch as it changes colour when the temperature is right. Compared to alternatives these are a great price with better than expected overall quality.

Great value, look great but was surprised that I could see the pattern on the bottom of the pans where I had swirled with a wooden spoon? I would not have thought it would scratch at all being Tefal and using a wooden spoon. Very well priced though so I can deal with it!
