I have a mug a day using one tea bag whilst leaving the bag in the mug during consumption. Once a week I cut the bag open the bag I used for drinking, and mix the contents it into my breakfast porridge. Having endured the pain of kidney stones on more than one occasion, 'touch wood', since following this regime I've been spared the agony of stones and yet another surgical intervention. I'm sure everyone's body chemistry will be different and therefore the efficacy may be different too. However despite the foul smelling taste, I persevere and have remained stone and pain free for a long time now. The quantity I bought will last a year under normal use. To me at least, worth every penny. Good luck!I have followed my 'routine' using this four pack to exhaustion and am now ordering more. Only once in the last year have I had that icky kidney stone feeling so on that day drank the tea all day. The symptoms subsided quickly. No hospital visits and none of the misery of stone pain. A win, win.
