I'm not one to write reviews, but this is a great product. The sides do come curled up, so the suctions won't stick. Easy fix: roll and hold the opposite way for like 10 mins, and it fixes that issue. At first the surface doesn't feel slippery enough, but with 5 minute practice, you'll see it's the perfect amount of slippery. Half hour workout later, and I love this thing. Rilled it back how I got it, and back in the box to store under the bed. This is perfect for those rainy and snowy days, and I between weight lifting days. Cardio is boring for me, but this is how I'm gonna get it in.

Not as slick as pro models
REVISED AND EDITED REVIEW. After using this equipment for a little bit I have to change my original review. The only reason I don't go five stars is because I cannot "skate" on it, which is the main exercise for which I bought it. Each exercise on the chart is fun and effective, especially on some areas of my core I think would be hard to target without sliding. Just for kicks I have performed the exercises on the chart (except for skating) just one set of ten reps, and I notice small results after only five days of this. Of course I will get creative and incorporate this with other modalities, but for the money, it is a good piece of equipment to add to any core or stamina program.

A fun tool to add to your workout regimen!
I love all of my LifePro products and this new addition to the family was worth the short wait. I had been playing around with the idea of purchasing a slide board since I have a bad back and knees. I work as a travel nurse and pretty much full time in a RV so space is a premium. I love the design as it is sleek and compact. It’s easy to roll up and put in the bag that is included. All in all it’s about the size of yoga mat when traveling. The one thing I would change is the suction cups as no matter the surface they do not seem to want to stick. The side board pieces are strong enough to stay in place unless you get wild and crazy trying to slip in slide! Some people have said that they use a long yoga mat under for added cushion but in my case I use knee/elbow pads depending on the exercise. The slide shoes are nothing fancy, but are functional and slip over your shoes easily. Shipping as always is fast and I received it in less than a week. The great thing about any LifePro product is that they pay close attention to customer feedback and work to improve their products. I am sure that soon this will include modified suction cups since that seems to be the highest concern amongst reviews. Great Product for the price! You won’t regret your decision to go with LifePro!

Not slippery, can't slide
First of all, this does not lay flat. You can roll it in the opposite direction for the ends to lie flat but, no matter what you do, there's always bumps. This thing isn't slippery at all, even with with the shoe covers.

Effective workout but needs design work.
The Lifepro Glidemaster is a great product for adding another level to your workout. If you are not already an avid exerciser then start slowly as this can raise your heart rate rather quickly. The suction cups did not stick at all to my tile floor. That wasn’t an issue though because the side bars and netting are able to hold the mat in place while using it. The slippers work very well for smooth gliding. I would like to see care instructions for them. The poster with suggested exercises was helpful to get started with however, the grammatical errors and typos were extremely annoying (my pet peeve). Finally, for the floor exercises I had to put a yoga mat under it due to my arthritic back, knees, elbows, etc. That was an added step for me but not a deal breaker. I may try gliding with the yoga mat under it so the mat could just stay under it. I leave mine out but if you want to take it somewhere it is easy to roll up and slide into the bag that comes with it. Overall, the Glidemaster is a great product and at a great price point. I would recommend it.

Wayyyy too long
I am a 5’3 personal trainer and I couldn’t get close to getting from end to end. Not a fan of the suction cups. Better to just have heavier 2 end pieces. But if you’re over 5’6 and in good shape may work for you. I have a 55 inch one and bought a 70 inch one and those are better

Wow--what a workout!
As a Pilates instructor, I'm always looking for safe ways to challenge my powerhouse. This does it in a safe way. The Lifepro Slide Board is about the length of your average yoga mat, but a bit more narrow. It comes with a carrying case, suction cups (which in my case didn't really work), slide board, and slippers. In addition, a workout poster is included, showing all the different exercises available. When I first put on the slippers, I went and had a little fun. I just pretended I was a skating on ice. Then I went through the entire series of exercises included on the poster. My favorite being mountain climbers. I always thought this was difficult on a regular yoga mat, but it was so fun on the slide board with the slippers. I also enjoyed the challenge of bridge pose, squats, side squats. Overall, I'm excited to add this to my at home equipment. It engages my core, stability muscles, and makes exercises that I dreaded way more fun. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
