There was a teeny learning curve to figuring out what had to come off and where it went back. The little parts don't stay together well making finding the components in my make up basket and using them a tad inconvenient. But, it's nice to have a good grey and I appreciate the extra pencil supplied! The product itself, regardless of the applicator design, is easy to apply and looks great.

I don't know where the powder is on this. I ordered the grey and it is more black than grey. I am using it but use a Q-tip to apply it. There is a round brush but looks more like a mascara brush. I will use it for now until I find a lighter grey but will buy it in store instead of on line.

Because of the cost of the eyebrow pencil, I was half expecting this to be cheaply made but it far exceeded my expectations and will be my go-to for brow liners. I love the eyebrow powder portion and that is difficult to find in most eyebrow pencils. The refill portion of the pencil too...I haven't found other brands to offer what this brand does! Both the liner pencil and powder are long lasting and glide on smoothly. I can't say enough good things about it! I definitely recommend this. I purchased the light brown shade for myself and the light gray shade for my mother. We love them!

I finally found a gray eyebrow that works for me with my white hair. As you age, your eyebrows often disappear, and with white hair, the face looks pretty flat! 😣😣 This combo pen and powderworkd reaaly well. I only wish it came in a slightly lighter gray.

I have very light eyebrows - honestly, close to nothing. I normally do not get my eyebrows done, because i don't have much eyebrows at all. I am using this to add some color and filler to my non-existent brows. I got the light brown and it matches pretty good and is easy to apply.

The ink didn't come out much.

I really like this product. Goes on smoothly and sets up nicely. I use a little brown mixed in to lighten it up slightly - otherwise works well for me. Will most likely purchase again.
