I recently had to start baking dairy free and these have been WONDERFUL. I definitely prefer the buttery flavor over original Crisco, and highly recommend it. The texture is nice to work with - as these sit in the pantry I never have to wait for butter to soften or take the risk of using the microwave and melting it by accident. (We've all done it, right?)There are some things that I thought would only be good with butter like my birthday cake scones or my great grandmother's sugar cookies. I honestly can't tell that much of a difference, and with MUCH less saturated fat than butter I feel better about using them, especially knowing there is no trans fat. Make the switch!

My delivery was delayed.I understand things do occur at times. I love using the Crisco sticks for baking. This was a good deal compared to the price in my neck of the woods. First thing I do is check the expiration date! The delivery was good. However, the product was warm and soft so I just put it in the freezer for 5 mins to get it firm. I expected that because it's not a delivery truck that keeps items cool. But, my opinion/ advise during the hot seasons or any seasons I think items that are susceptible to melting in heat should be delivered in a truck that have a freezer and/or packed in dry ice. Overall, I'm satisfied!
