Well constructed
Product was well constructed, quick and simple to fit, easy to adjust tension for operating speed. Great aftermarket replacement product

Works, but watch for gusts of wind
Was a bit fiddly to install however once done it works like it should. Did not give full 5 stars as the locking catch is not as 'resistant' as I would like and more than a slight breeze can cause the door to swing shut again.

Good quality door stay
I used this door restrictor to replace a broken one on my conservatory door. The product is of good quality, has easy to follow instructions and comes with fixing screws.Unfortunately the fixing holes did not align with the old fitting but the self tapping screws provided made it easy to fit to the door and frame.I would recommend this product.

Easy to fit. Only gripe is that the end stop feels a little weak.
I bought three hinges and found it pretty easy to fit - only slightly hampered by guttering being close to the door so had to use a short manual screw driver to put in some screws.Instructions say that pilot holes are not recommeded. I'm not sure why since I found it easier to pre drill (where I could). When the door is fully open and the end stop clicks in I was surprised at how weak it was. I know the restrictor is not meant for anything above a light breeze but it did feel like the door might release in what I would call the mid-top end of a "light breeze".However, the friction adjustment seemed good and if one tightens that up it feels like thats all that's needed to prevent the door from blowing about. So these restrictors were fitted over a month ago and have not really been tested, but seem to do the job well.

Excellent Product
Excellent product does what it says in the description. I have now fitted one of these to both my conservatory doors. Easy to fit (instructions supplied) and easy to adjust. I can now leave the door slightly open so my dogs can come and go as they please and on days when the wind is gusting I have left the door in the locked position ( set mine at 90% ) it has stayed open. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

Easy to install, great product
Pretty decent instructions, and if you really struggle with DIY then simply YouTube "how to fit door restrictors".Doors used to be held open by bricks, fitted these and no problem anymore, they stay open. You cab easily adjust the door resistance using a Phillips screwdriver on the top of the restrictor. Brilliant product.
