Is there any way to control the terminal from the RaspberryPi?

It's a terminal block, not a terminal. It gives you screw-down terminals to connect wires to the GPIO pins. You can control the GPIO pins like you usually do. This isn't a display, it's wiring tie-down for the GPIO header pins, that you can put wires into, and use a screwdriver to tighten the connection. This is useful for prototyping things before building a HAT for the Raspberry Pi.
