Great item

This was the worst experience I've had on Amazon. Item arrived defective and customer support said it's my fault that I got what I got.Very rude service.Seller requires you to pay for return delivery of such a heavy item and to handle everything yourself.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery But there were NO mudguards inside the box, all photos of bike show mudguards, Disappointed and problematic for the front light as this slots into the front mudguard.

Arrived in no time.came with tool kit, pump,stickers,bike lock.great looking bike, just took it it out and rides great.very happy.

There are parts missing, and there are parts that don't fit and broken. Would not recommend.

The seller was great 110% they was very helpful and stayed in contact through the repairs the battery was not charging took the bike to an auto electrician the charging loom was not connected to the battery than after this the pedal came loose damaging the thread on both pedal and the crank arm this was replaced I do think looking at the good reviews when I bought the bike that this is the 1 faulty bike that got through inspection now the bike is excellent I can't fault sellers communication

Altough I had a bit of a struggle fixing the back rack (bolt holes didn't align). I can't fault the bike having fun with grandkids and it has been a long time since I last rode a bike so the extra power is a joy and needed at my age LOL.Excellent value for money and my Sunday mornings are now all about getting out and doing some miles. Highly recommended this product.
