nice dual monitor KVM switch
This switch works well for my dual HDMI monitors to allow me to switch them between my home desktop and my work laptop. The one caveat is that you MUST hook up the cables in the order specified in the manual or it will not work. I found that out the hard way after trying to set it up without reading the manual first and wondering why it wasn't working.

Great product!
What I likeI like that this KVM switch supports high resolutions. I like that all cables were provided. I like that the product works 99 percent of the time. I like that it is HDMI plug-in ready. I like that i never experience any issues when using extended mode for a dual display. I also appreciate that there is an extra spot for more USBS to be shared between computer devices. I like that when switching between inputs / computers, it is really fast, and I am not sitting waiting for a long time like some other KVMS. I also value the engineering of this product and its metal construction. It has a good weight in the hand on the desk, and does not slide easily. This is great especially when you have like 8 or 10 cables plugged into it.What I dislikeThe second monitor sometimes cuts out for 2 seconds and then comes on, but this could be do one of the cables, but the KVM is still totally workable. I dislike that I had to buy a bunch of adapters to get the KVM switch to work my monitors and computers. I work in IT, so I am constantly plugging in different machines to use it with this KVM. But I also want to acknowledge, that if the company provided more video adapters this would drive up costs. Some final thoughts. Right now this item is on sale at 70, originally 100 when i got the product. For 70 i think it is an excellent buy! Even at a 100, I do believe it is worth the money. Having a secondary monitor with one keyboard and mouse is really a space saver. You will not be disappointed!.

Never worked
Bought one for my wife’s work computer and her laptop and monitors. Didn’t work reliably. Move it over to some house computers. I have tried 6 hdmi cables, several keyboards, wired mouse. I get no video unless I power off Mac mini and remove and reseat kvm power, soon as I switch to a second laptop, I lose video to both computers, keyboard doesn’t work, complete mess. Worst thing I did is not test this immediately after purchase. Garbage.

Tiny package that connects everything
Like so many people, I have a dual monitor setup, and most kvm's don't accommodate that. i work with multiple computers and only have so much room for monitors and peripherals. Besides, who wants to deal with multiple keyboards and mice? So having a KVM that can handle BOTH monitors is a huge benefit. It had 3 USB 2.0 connectors for your keyboard and pointing device -- you can also switch a third device like a printer or graphics tablet, something that is rare on other kvm's. Each computer only needs one USB connection, so it's essentially a built-in USB hub.The HDMI ports support 4K at 60 Hz, and you can have different resolutions on the two monitors. Monitor mirroring and extending is supported. Since the KVM switch is operating system agnostic, you can switch between Mac, Windows, Linux, and any OS that supports USB and HDMI devices. HDMI works with YUV 4:4:4, HDR, Dolby Vision, HDCP 2.2, EDID, and is HDMI 2.0 compliant. You can select the computer from the front panel, or from a wired remote switch. The power supply is included, of course, and so are all the cables you'll need to connect this to two computers. Switching is fast, as fast as your computer detects the monitors and USB devices. This KVM switch is tiny -- it barely takes more room than the connectors plugged into it -- but feels substantial enough to stay in place on your desk. While the box depicts a USB thumb drive as a third peripheral, mounting a USB memory stick and then suddenly removing it is a bad idea -- but for my use the extra peripheral I want to switch would be a printer, scanner, or memory card reader, so for now the USB 2.0 speed is sufficient. USB 3.X would have been a real bonus, though its not really needed for keyboards and pointing devices. This is a well thought out KVM and has been a great addition for switching between my Linux and Mac computers.

Works Good… Possible Glitch From Time to Time
This device was chosen for my studio set up and I have been using it for the past couple of months. I am in the process of creating a space that manages multiple computers. This piece comes into play because it will allow me to switch between two different computers as I teach my technology courses. Since I am so used to having multiple screens, I really wanted to see what the dual monitor set up was like. So far it works well. The screen quality still shows up great on both computers. The ability to switch between PC one and PC two via click of a button seems to be a pretty smooth transition. And I like the fact that I can add my mouse and keyboard to the switch with ease. The current issue that I am troubleshooting is that I notice that if my computer stays on for a while, unused and I go to turn it on sometimes the monitors won’t power up. I have had this happen twice recently. Since it is not a frequent occurrence, I am still trying to figure out the source. Overall, the switch is doing what I expect it to do.
