Japanese Pickled Sushi Shoga Ginger Sliced, 11.5 Ounce (Pack of 2)

I purchased this to use in the Bloves life seafood season boil mix and it really taste great! I use on sushi and it’s the perfectly sliced ginger. It won’t disappoint.

IMO the best pickled ginger on the market. Crisp and delicious.

Both bottles smelled like turpentine mixed with mold. Unfortunately, I had eaten a small piece of it befor I realized this. This product was completely inedible. Something was SERIOUSLY wrong with it. It tasted like mold mixed with car oil. It made my tongue go NUMB! I was a little nervous that I was going to get sick. Shortly after, I had a friend smell it and she was completely shocked, saying it smelled like gasoline. I cannot say whether it was a freak anomaly that only I received, or if was part of a larger batch of defective product. Both jars were sealed and appeared to be untampered with.Unfortunately for me, Amazon said there was no refund on this product. Save your money.

I use this brand regularly and like it, but my super market stopped selling it. Saw it on line and ordered it. Problem is it arrived leaking! Hope to get it replaced or a refund.
