Bought these for my kitchen with one purpose in mind, removing the silver skins from back ribs. Work excellent, very precise edge. Wanted stainless so I can put them in the dishwasher. They didn’t rust. A magnet will stick to them so they must have a decent nickel content like good kitchen cutlery.One issue I had was that they were very stiff out the package. I put a few drop of WD40 into the joint and worked them open and closed a few times and loosened them right up. I think hot soapy water would do the same.

Schlechte Verarbeitung, Greifflächen ungenau gefertigt.
Die Zange ist sehr ungenau gefertigt. Eine der Greifflächen hat nur wenig Riffelung.Die Zange ist stark magnetisch. Ein erster Spülgang in der Spühlmaschine hat jedoch keinen Rost hervorgerufen.Aufgrund der schlechten Verarbeitung, keine Kaufempfehlung.
