Good but assembly so kind of hard
Overall the sauna is really good, the legroom is alright even though I'm 5,10. The product works great and you can adjust the temperature through 5 levels. It gets rid of my pimples really well and can be stored easily. I highly recommend this.

Awful
Showed up missing 2 poles, went together easy enough but the steam unit blew 1st time plugging in. I bought a similar unit on Amazon that works awesome save your money on this one

Good customer service
I like my sauna and it works very well. I had a little bit of trouble putting it together by myself, I think it would have been easier with two people. After I had enjoyed it for several months, a little plastic part broke on one of the supports that holds up the tent structure. I emailed Durasage support and they put the part in the mail the next day. I have no complaints.
