I don't often review products on Amazon, but this one is so exceptionally good that I felt compelled to recommend it to other potential customers. I am a fan of silicone baking products in general as the material is non-stick, easy to clean and durable. This product really does mean non-stick - the glossy texture has prevented anything from sticking for the past year of owning this item. No more scrubbing and scraping at metal trays - contrary to another review, I find that a quick wipe in soapy water cleans anything off it! The frame is a genius idea, I've not seen another silicone product that's so well-made and fit for purpose. We literally cook anything on it: pizza, vegetables, meat, cookies. The only thing to watch out for is putting it on top of your hob when it's been on, it will burn through. This is the kind of item that every kitchen should have, I urge you to give it a try.

At last at baking tray made from silicone. What a great item I cooked salmon steaks on them for the first time without using any grease whatsoever and once cooked they just slid off, I just washed it in soapy water and it cleaned up wonderfully, I also did the sniff test, especially having cooked fish, and absolutely no odour. Well done Wellbake for producing this brilliant product.

I loved this the first time, but since then it sticks, is impossible to get residue off, been soaking and rubbing and even scrubbing.

This product is non-stick, sure, but I now really wish I'd just bought an ordinary metal oven tray instead. I've used it several times in the month or so since I bought it as I don't have another oven tray and every time there is the same problem- it is absolutely terrible to clean. For example, I made bread rolls yesterday. The rolls didn't stick at all. Then came the cleaning. The tray seems to be made so it is covered in a sticky coating that makes any crumbs or anything you get on it impossible to clean off. I've tried hot soapy water, soaking it overnight, non-scratch scourers, Fairy power spray - the tray STILL has stuff on it. It is revolting. And the "rolled over" edges positively encourage stuff to get lodged under them.Save your money and get something else. That's what I will be doing when I can afford to.

Bought this because I was fed up of using tons of foil or baking paper to stop things sticking onto baking trays.I've had it for a month or two now and used it many, many times. It's really good and the only things I would say is don't cut up a pizza on it (or anything else) as a sharp knife will probably go through it and also it needs slightly more care when being lifted out of the oven than a normal baking sheet as the rigid part is only around the outside edge. The middle is very slightly floppy however this is not really a problem.In general it is excellent for something like oven chips or baked fish as nothing sticks to it at all. It's so easy to wash up too although again take care with any sharp implements being in the sink with it. Also fine in the dishwasher.
