I bought this charger on the back of the suggested saving from RRP. It's certainly built like a quality bit of kit and the mains charger for fast charging would cost you the same as the whole package.There are non slip rubber parts underneath and on top. So the charger, or your phone are staying where you out them. I've never had an issue locating the 'sweet spot' to get charging underway. Once charging starts, you're reassured that charging is underway with a ring of pulsing blue light. I wish it would dim, or turn off though as I have it at my bedside, and it's pulsing all night long while the phone is attached. Apart from that, it's great. Highly recommended.

I think the difference in time between this charger and a wired charger using a 5W 2.1a adapter is minimal I tried it with apples 30W usb c adapter and it charged a lot faster so if you want to spend a little more money purchasing a suitable adapter then ok if not then I wouldn’t bother ,

I bought it basically because I was sick of having to make sure I had plugged it in. I can just put it down on to the plate and it charges.I have one issue, however I’m not sure if this is the charger plate or the phone but the design of the plate means for An IPhone X without a case it doesn’t grip the phone

Charges iPhone 8 but I don’t think the fast charge works. Also could be better if it was thinner.

Worked fine - but don't get it for anywhere dark - the blue LED underneath flashes continuously whilst charging.

It is slower than a traditional lead, probably because it does not come with its own charging connection,just a USB cable. This product is a waste of money. I am very surprised that it was listed as an Amazon Choice item...Amazon are usually more discerning than this.

Product barely charges my iPhone X, can leave the phone for an hour with nothing open and come back to a lower battery than I left it with beforehand.
