As other reviewers have stated, Cafe Joe pods are certainly one of the best. Like other reviewers, I’ve tried compatible pods that were either weak or use a plastic that seems like it will break my Nespresso machine.I’m so glad to have taken a chance with Cafe Joe pods. The coffee is consistently excellent and has crema equal to anything I’ve seen from Nespresso pods in ten years of buying original pods and compatibles. Like other people, I hated ending up back with Nespresso because compatibles I tried had issues. In particular, if you’ve used compatible pods, you know that getting good crema is the downfall of most compatibles. Cafe Joe has great crema.Cafe Joe has now definitely replaced Nespresso in our house. Plus, it’s much more affordable and works well in our two Nespresso machines. I’d call that a win-win. Besides the crema, I'd also highlight the big flavor from these pods. Other compatibles have a problem with weak, even watery, espresso. We've tried eight varieties and so far all have come through. Favorites: Joe, Trieste, Cuba, and Costa Rica.One other thing: excellent customer service. I had a problem with a recent shipment and emailed Cafe Joe. Fifteen minutes later, on a Friday afternoon after 5, I got an email back that solved the problem right away.I definitely encourage anyone looking for a great Nespresso-compatible pod to give Cafe Joe a try.

I’d give it FIVE STARS based on taste but I am concerned about how it is handled and delivered. The plastic bag had coffee grounds in it and the boxes were covered in grounds. I opened three boxes as shown and pods were damaged and coffee spilled and free of the pods. Not sure how many of the pods will be useable but I cannot return the item.Back to update this review. Have drank all the coffee and it is excellent. I will be ordering more. Most of the pods were not damaged, about 5 in a order of 100. But packaging may need a bit more attention.I was not aware that this was an Israeli company. My order arrived about a week prior to a family pilgrimage to Israel. I saw a few Cafe Joe stores but never connected my order back home and the Israeli cafes. Got home and saw the Hebrew writing on the boxes. Added benefit of this coffee is now as I enjoy the coffee I can reminiscence about what a great trip my family had and the wonderful people we met. Shalom.

Those latest 1 star reviews are probably faked, or at least done by people lacking in taste buds. It’s not possible to compare these capsules to original Nespresso pricey capsules and give one star. I have been using these for over a year. Excellent CREMA, excellent TASTE, excellent AROMA. Wow. I have found a new product with OUTSTANDING customer service. I have been trying various companies with Nespresso original line compatible capsules to replace the pricey Nespresso capsules. Recently I came across Cafe Joe for the first time. Ordered a sampler collection, then tried a more limited sampler with higher intensity. I have finally at Cafe Joe's CUBA brand. Delicious, great aroma while brewing and nice crema. Customer service is fantastic as I recently received some leaky capsules, they explained they had had a packing issue but it was taken care of and went above and beyond replacing my order. I will continue to buy from this company..

after 10 years as an Espresso customer with three machines, I think I have tried just about all their varieties. this is the first time I have ever ordered an off brand pod. good news... it's a pleasant and smooth coffee, not bitter or acidic. not so good news, no way can it be termed intense, which was what I was looking for. Nespresso pods such as Roma or Indrya, no longer available, offer a much more intense flavor. these pods also tend to stick slightly when you eject them, but not enough. for the very small price difference, doubt I would order again. I don't mean this as a negative review, just the facts as I see them.

Cafe Joe packaging is very similar to Nespresso sleeves and pods. With the plastic pod, you'll want to ensure you do mot mix them with the aluminum pods for recycling. A bit more effort is required to close the pod into the machine but I experience no problems and are much better than other products I've tried. I purchased the Cuba because I prefer a strong espresso shot. Having lived in Florida and being familiar with Cuban coffee, I thought these should be just what I like. Unfortunately, the intensity is more a 5. The taste is very nice and smooth. I will certainly drink the product. Hopefully, Cafe Joe will develop a true, dark, intense option.

good, not bad, but espresso has no character whatsoever, it just plain, not complex aroma either that you will find in original Nespresso capsules. When making espresso, does not fills the kitchen with that good smell of espresso (indication that you are about to having a good espresso), which most of these so-called Nespresso Compatible Gourmet Coffee Capsules suffers - most of you probably say "what you pay, what you get" and hide behind this excuse - remember that it is not always about money (yes agreed sometimes it is), it is about coming up such a product that even better than the original Nespresso capsules, that many of these companies that make Nespresso Compatible lack of..

The taste is great on these but I get a lot of leaking water from these capsules on my machine (a Nespresso Pixie). Extra water leakage into the overfill tray is normal for non-Nespresso brand pods but these leak a LOT. There are some other inconsistencies, too. I almost always get a few bursts of hot water before the coffee starts to come out and sometimes it will shut off early... i.e. before it's gotten all the coffee out of the pod. Maybe other machines work better with these pods.

Cafe Joe Cuba pods 6 pack. Strangely, the colour of the capsules I received is plain orange - makes me wonder which blend did I actually receive? The pods fit without any problems in my Pixie, the strength is on par with Arpeggio/Ristretto, the taste is somewhat less so, but acceptable to me.

I buy a lot of different coffee pod. These are the worst i ever bought. 20% of the coffee is coming out . The rest is running into the overflow tray. The pod itself is the worst i ever have seen. DONT Buy. no wonder it was half price to the other brands.

I bought this just to try because of low price, I'm pleasantly surprised by the great quality and taste of this coffee, I'm going to order another flavor and will review it, for now definitely this CUBA flavor has got me hooked.

Love Cuban coffee.... It's not espresso. But close enough... Fits my Nespresso machine... Excellent flavor..... Low priced... Good to change once in a while... Will definitely buy more...

Got this together with the Colombian type, nothing bad to say. Really satisfied with the taste. Delivery before expected, which was great. Thank you, I will definitely order again. ☕️😉
