I purchased this capture card hoping for a budget-friendly solution, but the experience was a major letdown. While the video feed worked, the audio quality was absolutely terrible—so bad, it shouldn’t even be called a capture card.I checked the product thoroughly—not just once, but twice. After returning my original unit, I received a replacement, thinking it was a one-off defect. Unfortunately, the second unit had the exact same issue. Either the seller is recycling defective products or the product itself is fundamentally flawed.I want to believe it’s just my Unit, because other users claim it worked fine for them. But I tried everything—from swapping HDMI cables to rebooting with and without USB-C hubs and using USB 3.2 ports. Nothing resolved the audio issue.It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering this card, beware—it might not be worth the trouble.

For connecting PS4 OR PS5 to laptop or pc first you guys need to disable HDCP from console by connecting it to normal TV first then only display will come on pc. For listening audio u need headphones. Overall a good product a low cost.

It's perfectlyI am using it for playing ps4 on my hp laptop using obs softwareIt supports 60fps and there is no issue of heating or any related performance issues my suggestion is to go for it

The quality of this device is amazingly accurate but the downside of this is that major of times it doesn’t provide stable 60fps which is very annoying if you are deciding to purchase this device to play esports games and all then it’s not worth it but it’s tolerable if u can tolerate it obviously overall my experience is not good 7/10 idk maybe it’s because of my hdmi cable i don’t know but i shared my experience and here it is
