These are a pair of shoes laces there is two in a pair if you didn't know that, they have two ends each, quite long wiggly when you wave them around. you put them through the holes in your shoes or boot, and tie a knot in them. But be aware in this day with political correctness and age. I do not advise you tie your own shoe laces, It's quite possible to trip up if not tied correctly or worse you may end up catching your finger in a Knot and can you imagine the embarrassment when the Fire brigade turn upNOTE: I am not a trained in the art of trainer tie-ing. please seek professional advice when tie-ing your shoe laces

The laces arrived in good time with minimal packaging (which if what you'd hope given that they are simply boot laces).They fit my hiking boots well and worked very well..... for around 3 months when one of the laces simply snapped. I think the issue is that the eyelets of my hiking boots are metal and have worn away the laces to the point where they snapped.As they are advertised as "performance" laces and "Ultra Strong" I found this to be quite disappointing (hence only 3 stars).However, as they aren't very expensive I have ordered another pair in the hope they last slightly longer, if they don't then I wouldn't buy another pair of these laces.

Exactly the right length for my boots, I hate having to double and triple knot laces to lose the ridiculous excess that come supplied with new boots and trainers. One of the laces on my walking shoes was fraying and these were virtually the same colour. My only gripe is that the diameter of the lace is a bit larger than the existing ones making threading the lace through the holes quite snug.

I can't judge the durability, as I have only worn these laces once for each pair. However, there is no reason to suspect that they will ever disappoint: they look solid and are clearly well made. Very fair price, rapid delivery. Positive in every way so far, and no reason to worry about the future. Good-looking, solid boot laces.

Like most people, I rarely have to buy laces for my walking boots so was a bit bewildered by the choices available. I chose these laces because they promised quality and offered a great range of colours at a good price. Having got them I would say they seem to be well made. The threads are nice and tight and there are good end bindings. They smoothly threaded through the lace holes of my boots without catching any threads. Hopefully they'll last for years.

I bought the laces to add to my navy boots which came with yellow laces. I thought the navy laces would blend in more and it does, looks so much better.

Excellent laces to replace the ones the pooch chewed after I left my dog walking trainers out after a walk.Reviews said to get a size larger than needed, so i got the 7-8 hole 150cm ones for my 7 hole trainers. This worked out to be the perfect size after lacing them up!(P.s. I always double tie my bows)They look almost exactly like the old laces, if not slightly darker and much stronger!
