I am a big fan of these Wago wire connectors and this 50 piece kit on Amazon is a great buy. I am in the process of changing our ceiling lights in the kitchen and hallway, and the fact that the Wago lever nuts work with solid and stranded wires is a big asset. I never felt comfortable with the Marantz wire nuts, especially when you had a mix of solid and stranded wires. With my new Wagos, I dont have that concern any longer. And the carrying case was an extra bonus - no more baggies hanging around.

These are fantastic! They hold the wires securely, they work with solid view and stranded wires and any combination. They are quick and easy, great for right spaces and better than wire nuts. In fact, I rarely use wire nut any longer. I highly recommend these!

I really like these clamping wire splicers, they are way better than regular wire nuts. If you are connecting multiple wires using wire nuts, you have to make sure that you twist them together properly, and its easy for one to come loose if you are not very careful. Usually this means stripping the wires with more length so that they can all be twisted together. But using these clamping connectors, each wire is individually clamped, so you know each one is properly connected. The lever clamp makes them very quick and easy to put on and to take off again. You strip the wires shorter, and they take less space in the box than wire nuts.
