The chair is of not of great quality
I have ordered this item and returned it after setting it up due to the below reasons -1. The new product had a lot of scratches on each portion of the chair.2. 1 wheel / caster keeps snapping out from their installation and I just have been saved from tripping down to the ground.I know the chair is not that expensive and features provided, but the basic should be done correct atleast.

Quality of the chair is not so good but that's what you will get at that cheap price. Assembling a chair was one hectic task. Instructions were printed in Chinese language. No video guide to assemble. In short don't buy if you are looking for good office chair.

I bought two, the chair is comfortable and really eazy to build.
Just do not compare it with gaming chairs or heavy desk chairs, it's useful and I okay with it, deserve his price. (I took less than 10 minutes to build it).
