First, I'm a flashlight freak, and I'm kind of a big deal. So, you should listen to my BS.The headband is the most comfortable of any headband I've experienced.The red light is definitely bright enough to see when working at night. Red doesn't throw as far as white light, but the red mode on this light is quite capable. In my opinion the effective working illumination distances are: High = 60ft, med = 40 ft, low = 20 ft. I've personally been building my house in the otherwise pitch dark, using this red light on the low setting. (You can't see red colors). In any case, it's easy enough to switch modes from red to white.I haven't done an extensive test on runtimes, but the following should be fairly close. High = 3.75hrs. Med = 6.5hrs. Low = 10hrs.Know that the red light can make certain colors invisible to you, while some colors might appear to be other colors.The flashlight body can get warm when leaving it on high for an extended period of time. But, the headlamp mount stays cool on your head. That's pretty important!The white light seems reasonably well done too. The high setting is probably too intense for many applications. I'll be sticking with medium or low, so the battery lasts longer.Buy some extra 18650 rechargeable batteries and extend your runtime. I keep several around, fully charged. I like the ones with the on board USB-C charging port right on the battery.Most headlamps that contain red are either too dim or took large. This headlamp hits the sweet spot. It's bright enough and compact. The 18650 battery generally has enough power to last for a while. Oddly, they don't give the runtimes!So far I'm giving it a very high score 9.5/10. If it breaks, I'll amend my review.

I love this headlight. It's made of metal so it is robust. It comes with a rechargeable lithium ion battery installed. One button control allows you to switch between white light and red light, both of which you can operate at different levels of intensity. This really is the best headlight for the money that I have found

Wonderful product and stylish for my needs. Great level of light illumination from all the spots. Easy to use for night time activities and even doing work in no lighting areas.

Excellent value and I like the USB-C charging. It does have a bit of coil whine especially on high. It gets pretty hot when using it on high for extended periods.The red light is very bright and usable.

This is a decent headlamp. Lots of brightness, and it charges with a USB C-C cable (note that a lot of cheap electronics only charge with an A-C cable).However, a big part of why I bought this is because it's advertised as weighing 1.55 ounces. That's a complete lie. I weighed it at 4.04 oz, which is more than TWO AND A HALF TIMES the stated weight.I thought, maybe the advertised weight doesn't include the battery (which would still be dishonest--the light comes with the battery pre-installed). I removed the battery. It still weighs 2.39 oz, or more than 1.5 times the advertised weight. Disappointing.

easy to charge, charge lasts long enough to do simple jobs even on full strength, about 20 minutes, and the additional features make it more useful.the only downside is that the band is very cheaply made. it's a kind of fuzzy fabric that immediately starts linting away.

This headlamp is super bright and toggles between the various High/Medium/Low brightness on both the white and red very easily. I just got this and will be interested to see how long the battery lasts.

Seems well built (all metal chassis). Huge selling point for me that is uses Battery type 18650 which I also use for other torches around the house. Meaning I can go crabbing/fishing and have a spare battery or 2 in my pocket, also means the torch should have a longer run time than AAA or AA battery types, though as yet I have not tried it in the field.Adjustable light tilt, comfortable on the head (my head is huge) very happy with the purchase.

I have so many headlamps. This is by far the best. It doesn’t have some frustratingly silly auto-off function which most other headlamps have these days. It has a long lasting battery, and ranges from insanely bright to soft. Get it!

Exactly what I was wanting. Light is bright but it is light (as in not heavy) in weight.

I work midnight shifts where there are no lights at all, literally pitch black. This headlight is bright and works very very well, but because I use it for work, the battery keeps getting low. I have to charge it constantly.But charging is a bit slow. But it's alright. Very bright. Recommended to buy it.
