Hello all,I purchased this particular steam pot in February, specifically for the “fogging” feature, as all the other available on Amazon do not have this feature. It makes the steam particles more fine, misty and I like it.I had an issue with the fogging feature going out, after 7 months. I’d really liked the steamer, so I contacted the seller, just to ask if there was anything they could do. After a couple messages, they gave me a discount on a replacement that was satisfactory to me. I much appreciated the follow up with every message I sent within a timely fashion that was polite and professional.Honestly at this price point, I didn’t expect it to last years haha. So I am getting another one, and will update in a few months to let you all know it’s progress. The 9 temp setting work well, and it heats to about 100-110 degrees which is perfect for steam rooms, usually around 113-115 degrees.Have a great day!

Bought this last October and it already died so buyer beware. Was okay steam wise but barely making it 6 months is ridiculous.
