I am so disappointed in this head set. First the left side broke and the ear bud wire would only stay in. Took some tape pulled it out and taped it so it would stay out. Then the next thing that happened is the sound quit in the right side. If I wiggles the wire at the bud sometimes I could get sound. Now yesterday I can't get sound from the left side either. I"m not a happy camper. I was wonder if the wire would brake when the ear bud retracted and it did. Didn't expect the thing not to be able to not stay out. Now I have to get another one.

Some folks can hear me well and others can not through the headset. I have not compared it with something else yet but plan to. We live in a remote area that requires me to sit in the window with the phone or outside. It makes me long for the good old days of landlines! This headset has expanded my ability to leave the phone in the window and walk around cordless in my home! I absolutely love this aspect as it has been over six years since I have been able to really talk on the phone. Although I don't a ton, I value being able to keep up with my parents and a few other significant relationships.

Only the right ear bud works and even that one only works if you don't like your ear bud actually in your ear so....Only positive note: the battery seems to last(only had it for 7days),bluetooth connects easily, and the sound quality is normal.Customer service was only interested in fixing the problem for the next customer, nothing was even suggested for my issues with their product. ... Will not buy again, NO WAY these are $100+ headsets lol*UPDATE*You can and will get a refund, after about 3days and several confusing, misleading emails. Obviously I don't like the product anymore than before my refund but atleast they are willing to refund money for any defective merchandise. If you are tight on money and are willing to gamble with the quality and the hastle of getting a refund...buy away.

I received these yesterday, I have an LG headset that was much more expensive than this one, that my son kept taking, so I decided to find another pair at a more "reasonable" price.After receiving them realized they are much more bulky (possibly because they are retractable, & my LG ones are not).The neck band does not wrap around my neck as well, it's shorter, it slides around my neck a lot, it is more plastic than silicone/rubber.The cords seem pretty thin. We will see how well they do.The sound is great & has 3 settings low/normal/high for treble/bass & has good noise cancellingHas voice that tells you "power on" "power off" "phone 1 connected" also says the phone number when getting an incoming call (only the ones I have experienced so far)Vibrates when call is coming in/device is out of range & headset is powered on(only the ones I have experienced so far)Easy to sync and useBattery life is amazing, listened to pandora all day at work & is only down to 70% (haven't charged it, since I got it)Battery life shows on my iPhone 6sAlthough I will probably find another one that better fits my neck & hopefully not as bulky, this is a wonderful product for the price & will continue to use until I find another one.

This is DURABLE! I use my headset or ear buds nearly constantly, turning on & off, buds in & out all day. Because of that, I have to replace them every month or two, as one side would inevitably go silent, or something else would break. I have had my current set for 10 months, which is unbelievable to me. I also bought a set for a teen near the same time, and it has survived his abuse too. I love the retractable ear buds. Battery has never run out, even after a long day of near constant use. My only complaint is that the unit is a bit heavy, & the neck band is thicker than I would like, so not the most comfortable set I have owned. However, it is well worth the trade off for not having to buy a replacement every 2 months. For the price, this is outstanding!

I usually buy a pair every six or 8 months. Not that they go bad, but I'm pretty rough on them. Usually I end up breaking a wire or pulling one of the earbuds off. I use them for work and sleeping...use them constantly. The battery lasts over 8 hours with heavy use...and a daily recharge doesn't hurt it at all. Good clarity and reliable connection.

Best wireless headset for numerous devices. I am not paying $100 or more for headsets. I have more sophisticated headsets for deep music listening. I use these every day for numerous conference calls and video chats. No problem with microphone and has necessary features. Reliable too!

I like the ability to fold and store this headset. However is pretty heavy for a headset and would be happier if it didn't feel so weighty. The sound is Eh! Although I can hear the person on the other line, I am often asked if I'm on speaker phone. If the other person is also using a headset, the sound quality goes down and they have more difficulty hearing me.

I use them for my 10hr factory shifts, where I work in between two very loud machines, have an annoying person who talks all day... And I only hear a tenth of it. Battery has not died yet, and I've let it go uncharged for 3 10hr days, so that's 30 hrs I got out of em. Definitely worth buying, the volume function on them is a little funky.. But other than that they're worth it.

Super awesome buds, I swear I buy them so much. The battery is sooooo freaken amazing, I mean I go to work listening to music, go to sleep with them on, and wake up with them at 40%. 3 hours of charge for 2 days of music. Count me in

I bought four of these as Christmas gifts and everyone loved them! The sound is great. I had a $120 LG but one earbud stopped working so I was going to order one of these for myself after Christmas ( and after I was sure they were comparable)...but my husband got me another LG for Christmas..lol. If this one stops working I will definitely buy this headset for myself. I'm ordering another one for my daughter as a birthday gift.

Connected easily, the sound is great for the price, I was very surprised. Retractable headphones are a nice feature. I use these for work and it's great to be hands free. They are a little bulky but I have a large neck so keep that in consideration if you have to work overhead for extended periods of time. Other than that well worth the investment and easy to slip into a shirt pocket when not in use due to the folding feature.

I have had this product for several weeks and the product performed very well. It was packaged professionally. Instructions and operation were clear, simple and easy. Overall very well designedThe battery life is amazing. The headphones sync to my phone within 2 seconds of turning on. I had LG headphones and they can't compare.Please note I have NOT received any products for this unsolicited unbiased opinion.

I wear these headphones 50 hours a week. I work a physical, sweaty job and they have held up so well. Both earbuds still work great and the retracting feature is also still working after thousands of uses. Every once in a while I have a bit of a connectivity issue, but I think this is the wi-fi where I work, not the the product. I would highly recommend.

I have to admit, I always read the negative reviews first. I was very skeptical going in but for the price I took a chance. I suspected these wouldn't last very long because of the thin retractable earbuds, but I've been rough on them for almost a year with no problems. I ride a Harley as often as I can and they work great under a helmet.I take away one star only because of the annoying voice that occasionally lets you know your battery level is high (WTH?). Otherwise, I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks!
