Great product ,delivery in time

It rides up a bit after a while. It could do with being shaped a bit better around the lower body. I've got a 25 inch waist, size ten, flat belly so it's not that, maybe it's not supposed to stay on the lower back?However it's not a serious ride up, you just need to adjust it now and then. Other than that it's very supportive, very comfortable. I've hernia d a disc but I've also got PoTs.For the PoTs it's brilliant and helps stop blood pooling lower half of my body. As a back support it's OK but it's more of a gym belt than a support belt for pain killing. It does the job but rides up.

Definitely worth money, bought it because of back ackes and helped me so much I could move around with it, as soon as it's off my life was so much harder lol

Very comfortable and fitted with adjustable velcro straps. Wore underneath a dress and it couldn't be seen. Does make you walk correctly but comfortably without slumping, especially when you've been on your feet for hours (in heels in my case!) Definitely recommend for those with ongoing back issues and sciatica.

My advice would to be a size larger than you require! I am a small size 10 so ordered the small and it quite literally only just fitted me.Saying that it did the job and helped tremendously.
