I was using the traditional teeth whitening strips, but they are so hard to use! They never stay on. These are so much better, they are like flexible molded trays that actually stick to your teeth and don't move. They're very comfortable too. They will whiten your teeth a little, not by a ton but they are effective.

My teeth became a little whiter after the first time and in the following days I saw even better results, I really enjoyed using it. There is a slight taste of peroxide, but it is not a big problem . For me, this is the good at-home teeth whitening kit
