Despite following the troubleshooting steps provided by customer support—including attempts to re-pair the remote via Bluetooth—the issue remains unresolved.Additionally, the projector struggles with auto-focus, often leaving the image blurry or requiring manual adjustment. This is particularly frustrating during video playback or presentations, as it disrupts the viewing experience.Without a functional remote and with ongoing focus issues, navigating the projector’s settings and features is cumbersome, which greatly diminishes the overall usability of the product. Although customer service has been responsive, they haven't yet provided a solution to these problems.Overall, while the projector has potential, the remote control and auto-focus issues are major drawbacks that make it hard to recommend this product.

Good product at this range. Netflix and other few apps are preloaded but doesnt work. You need a fire stick to get OTT apps. Good for regular usage but sharpness and other features are ok at this price range. If you are looking for crisp images and videos you may consider more expensive ones but at this price range the projector does its job. Setting this projector was easy and it uses android TV interface which is also user friendly.
