This foam roller works as expected. It is firm and targets tight muscles. It has been used on floors that are not perfectly clean and has not developed any dents or divots in the foam. The foam is durable and a great quality. It is large enough to be comfortable for all body parts, but slightly too large to fit in a gym bag.

Not rock hard, there's a little give in the foam. Seems to be fine? Time will tell.

I bought this foam roller to use in the sauna for yoga/stretch and it’s the perfect size and material. The heat doesn’t affect it and it’s easy to use. I prefer this roller over the ones with bumps on it.

This is the same size as the one at the PT office, works fine for me. It's quite stiff, and could use a little bit of external cushioning for total comfort like the one in the office, but not enough to be a problem, I can do my 2 minute PT exercise at home quite easily.

It’s definitely just right. It’s got somewhat of a give, but not too squishy. Quality product!
