My sister had initially tried these which is how I found out about them. We're both skeptical of this type of thing in general but I've gotta admit they sure seem to work. Totally understand that they may not work for everyone so I can only speak for me.

Sadly, these supplements made me so sick, I couldn't take them. I made sure I took them with a full meal. I am not normally sensitive to vitamins or herbal supplements.
