What an excellent little smart switch, converting my old passive hall light into a smart light, able to control using the existing switch and via my phone (via app or Home Assistant or Alexa etc..).Simple to fit if you are happy with a little bit of electrical work and have deep back box behind the switch.Was fitted and working within about 30mins and setup with some clever routines to turn on at sunset if no-one home but do nothing if someone home (Home Assistant automations). Connection to WiFi straight forward (2.4G only).Smallest smart switch on the market currently I believe, well built and looks robust. So far, can recommend.

I'd been looking for a product similar to this for quite some time. Put simply, these tiny devices fit into your existing electrical light switch box on the wall and allow you to control the light from anywhere via the downloadable app.I wanted these as we are renovating an old bungalow. The lights in the hallway are controlled by 2-way switches but, rather inconveniently, the wall switch boxes are placed just about as far away as possible from the main bedroom. By using these Bkiyougo 16A Tuya smart switches we can connect to our Android smart phones and simply turn the lights on or off from anywhere. It's almost not like having a 2-way switch, it's like having and infinite way switch, because you can carry your light switch around with you. Fantastic!These little boxes are really tiny for what they do. They easily fit inside a standard UK wall light switch back-box but it's a tight fit with the rocker switch still in place. I guess it will depend upon the switches that you have in place so make sure you check the specs. Once we have these app switches in place we're considering having blanking plates fitted and discarding the option for wall switches anyway.I can see that anyone with the need for remote light switching may find these very useful. For the elderly or anyone who may want to turn on or off the landing or hallway light whilst still in bed these are a great find.The included instructions are clear and concise, with diagrams of the wiring required for both 1-way and 2-way switching. There is also an easily followed link for the app.We are having the electrics completely renovated at the moment and our electrician has fitted similar devices a few times. These well be installed in various locations in the coming months but I wanted to get a review online in fairness to the manufacturer. I can't show these switches in action just yet but I doubt you'll benefit much form a video of me pushing a light switch!
