Seems to work
Haven’t had for long. But it seems to do what it says. Exercises your breathing muscles. Makes me cough “stuff” out.

Well made but pricey
This breathing trainer couldn't be easier to use - essentially, you just bite down and breathe! There's a simple barrel at the end to adjust resistance, and it works well. It's well made, but still seems a bit pricey for what it is. I can recommended this, but there might be more affordable options out there.

Not for me.
I'm sure it's a quality product but I didn't like the rubber mouth piece as it would make me nauseas. I put it right back in the box knowing I couldn't use it.

Easy to use
This breath trainer is easy to use and really does the trick. It definitely makes breathing hard while at it's hardest settings, but is easy at it's easy settings (as it should be). So twist the dial to where you feel comfortable and train away!

Super convenient - easy to put in pocket and use on the go.
Unlike a typical Spirometer, this is a no fuss device that easily fits in a pocket. While I wouldn't use it public, it's a great lung exerciser that you could use in the car or in a private office. For an extra boost, you could use it while walking. There is one adjustment to control airflow, by allowing more or less through, depending on setting. Instructions included with a suggested routine. It really does give your lungs an exercise. The only negative - it tends to collect saliva, so you'll want to wipe or rinse it off before putting it back in your pocket!Overall this is a great lung exerciser that's easy to use.

Well made, easy to use.
I think this breathing trainer is well designed and seems to work well. I have just started using it so I don’t yet have feedback regarding effectiveness, but I can say that it is solidly built, and it is easy to adjust the resistance over a wide range, simply by turning the knob, you should be able to set any resistance from minimal to maximum resistance. The mouthpiece seems like the perfect size and is comfortable. The instructions are straightforward. It is also easy to clean. I like it.

Relaxing Lung Exerciser, Needs More Resistance
The instructions included with the OxyBio (formerly OxyFit) Oxy Respiratory Trainer are easy to read, but the first step says to insert the mouthpiece with the engraved word "TOP" facing up. I could not find an engraved word anywhere on the trainer. There wasn't any difference in resistance when I flipped the device over. The trainer seems to be well built with a thick rubber mouthpiece and a base consisting of several solid plastic parts. None of the parts are too thin or flimsy at all. For cleaning, the mouthpiece can be pulled off the plastic base or the base can be unscrewed into two pieces. I find unscrewing the base the easier option. The breathing resistance is adjusted by rotating the base. The instructions say that breathing should be challenging, but there was minimal resistance at the lower settings. I had to adjust the base to maximum to feel much resistance at all. I could feel it in my lungs after 10 reps though, so the exercise device does work. I just wish there was much more resistance at the maximum setting. One problem I had using the device was my mouth starts watering heavily during the 10 reps. I find it difficult to swallow with the device in mouth. Also, I have to concentrate on not biting down too hard on the mouthpiece since that causes the muscles in my jaw to ache.I find it somewhat relaxing to deeply breathe slowly in and out for the ten reps and I plan on continuing the training. It's recommended to perform 2 to 4 reps each day.
