Over charge for delivery
The letters were as expected but I was charged £1.99 delivery for each separate letter and they were so small that they all arrived together in one package that was still small enough to go through the letter box.Felt ripped off over the total delivery charge of £12 that seemed well over the top.

was going to be used for doing the button craft for my daughters bedroom,didnt read the sizing so my own fault as it was very small.she still decorated it just not as we planned
