Excellent for those who have some experience
If you have skated before these are the right inline skates for you. keep in mind that these are ABEC 7 so make sure that you know basic things like breaking without the pad in downhills because the ride is so smooth that you will get some speed really fast and thats the reason why the skates are not good for someone who is new skating (For those, start with ABEC 1, 3 or 5). Last but not least, these run true to size and you might need accesories such as insoles in the case you feel pain in your right or left arch foot

Never getting on them again does anyone want them?
I bought these after not being on a pair since I was 12, and the cool thing to do was chill at the rink. I was so badass with my moves, I thought I was the $hi*! Anyway, Im older now, like 17years older. I decided I was going to start blading on miami beach like all the other cool, super fit people. Im a size 10 women, bought a 9.5 because these are mens sizes. Usually i would buy a 9.5 in men bit these run on the smaller side I read. They fit great. Kindof tight and almost too tight on my big toe. Surely with some wear and tear that’ll get better. So I headed out one morning to get ahead of the crowd and I started to go, and not even 4 feet from the moment I stood up I fell and broke my arm. The end never getting on them again does anyone want them?

Didn't work out so well
When I first got these, I was impressed. They fit perfectly. My shoe size is 10, and these in that size fit snugly just right exactly as expected. In almost every way, they are a superb value. In spite of appearances and ostensible quality construction, I ran into an intractable ankle support problem. It was annoying and finally a show stopper. I worked with it and did everything I could think of but failed. I looked to make a quick transition from my Bauer hockey skates. I still can't figure out exactly why, but even with the straps set as tight as possible, it was as if my left foot has a severe supination issue. Zero such problem in my ice skates nor a pair of Rollerblade inlines I used for comparison. I carefully looked at my street shoes and hiking boots, and the sole wear is almost exactly the same left and right. This outward roll really messes things up on R hand crossover turns. The construction of these things seems excellent, but there's something wrong with the design. I was going to simply give them to Goodwill and get something else rather than fussing with a return but realized that an unwitting bargain hunter there may encounter the same problem and get screwed.NOTE: If you do choose these skates, you need to keep a couple of 2.5 mm (or 5/32") Allen/hex key wrenches handy. Have found (as have some others) that the frame and wheel screws may work themselves loose with use. When you receive the skates, test the tightness of the bolts. I already had these wrenches in my toolbox, so it was no big deal. But if you don't, you maybe should get a couple of these at your local hardware store.

Rollerblading again
Great pair of blades for the price. I'm almost 300 lbs and these bad boys hold up just fine. They lace up, have a Velcro strap and then a high ankle support strap which is great.

The delivery was fast, but the package was damaged- smashed on one end. Received the package this morning, used the skates to get home from work this afternoon. Something is wrong with the left skate- it rolls outward very badly. I have a pair of old K2 skates, and a pair of Bauer skates as well... was looking for something a little newer. I do not experience any issues with my left foot in either of the other pairs of skates that I own, or any of my shoes for that matter. Used them for about 2 miles total and the roll from the left foot is too much, will be returning these.

Great entry level skates!
I've put close to 200 miles in these skates now and they're not really showing any signs of wear. I've went through two sets of wheels but that's because of the hardness of the concrete I skate on. The brake wore out eventually (as they're made to do) and instead of buying a new one I just dremmeled it off like you can see in the photo. Having them close to 7 months now I can say I'm 100% satisfied. I will end up buying a better pair eventually because these are definitely entry level skates but they've held up wonderfully.

Customer service help
Ordered these blades and they are great. They are comfortable, easy to ride, and affordable. However, the bolts that hold the wheels on keep coming loose. I tighten them and today one came off and now I can't find it which means I can't ride because the wheel will come off. I'm just looking for a way to contact the company or have somebody reach out to me.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The tightening strap thing (not the velcro one, but ...
The tightening strap thing (not the velcro one, but the ratcheted plastic part) gets caught on the padding, so it's really hard to tighten them all the way, but if you don't, they don't hold your ankles straight. Once I figured out how to work around that (push in the padding and just angle your ankle while you tighten, or have a friend help), they're functional enough.
