BRK CO850MBXi Carbon Monoxide Detector, Mains Powered with 9 V Battery Backup

Second time purchasing this Carbon Monoxide Detector after the first one indicated that it was perished after several years. Super easy to install and setup. Can't fault it.Does what it says on the tin!

Bought as a direct replacement for the one that was beeping in the kitchen as it was passed it’s use by date. New one is quiet now thankfully. Works as described

This was a replacement alarm and it fitted on the existing base without any problem. I was not aware when I bought the original that it had a 5 to 7 year life? I am generally pleased with the alarm apart from the fact it does not respond to the test procedure (but then neither did the previous one). A bit worrying when it is a potentially life saving installation. John - Manchester

Does what it is meant to do. Good product at a very good price

Already had an alarm fitted that had run out, so purchased another one to replace it, no need to unscrew the old one it just pulls out and the new unit can be put in its place, great idea and so easy to replace would recommend fitting this product when fitting a new one as it's really good

Excellent product with fast delivery - would def recommend.

Arrived in good condition, although it did not come with two tiny screws. This was ok in my case as I was replacing new with old detector so had the screws from the original. If however you were installing this as a new system it would have been incredibly annoying to then locate these screws.I would also say that the product should ship with a 9v battery or at least say more obviously it does not.
