A little stiff, but still workable. The ball-strap was too tight, and made my 'boys' turn blue. The ball-strap eventually broke, and I trimmed it off. Still in use as a 'sleeve', even though it is a bit tight and stiff. It's not the same TPR as those made by Doc Johnson or the Fat Boy types.

It’s like wearing a rubber. Interesting for both parties.
