Nice necklace - rope strands are eve, quality latch, does not turn neck green or change color after prolonged exposure or showering, does not cause allergic reaction (allergy to several metals in cheap jewelry. The color of necklace is a bit off when side by side with gold items. That said, color difference is not noticeable if items are not side by side. Recommend necklace for price.

I can only wear gold due to allergic reaction with my skin from anything else. I found out that I can wear gold plated so I thought I would try this. I was skeptical because of the price, but was pleasantly surprised. The chain I ordered was a nice manly size (real gold I could not afford anything but dainty), and the plating is awesome! Lots of compliments. Does not look like a 10 dollar necklace!

Purchased to replace my solid 14k gold rope chain that I lost. :( I expected it to be pretty yellow since it's plated in 18k gold. But this thing is SUPER yellow, almost orange, lol. I attached some pictures comparing it actual solid gold pieces I own (10 and 14k). I'm going to return.
