About as close to perfect as I might ever get with a multi
The more I learn about nutrition, the pickier I am about purchasing supplements. I go out of my way to find the ingredients list and nutrition label (if Amazon doesn't have them, I hit a search engine--starts with G--and go looking, though I still usually buy here). This multivitamin came about as close to perfect as I think I'm likely to get. Capsule instead of hard tablet, so it's easier to digest. Smaller capsule so you're less likely to gag on it. Real vitamin A included as well as beta carotene: if you're diabetic or hypothyroid you *can not* make A from carotenes. Methyl forms of folate and B12: you need to keep your methylation pathways running smoothly as they are one factor in cancer prevention. Also the folate instead of folic acid is important for those with MTHFR mutations. (If you don't know whether you have MTHFR mutations, avoid folic acid. I discovered I have one mutation which puts me down to about 66% efficacy at converting folic acid. Rather skip the whole process.) I also like that the minerals are in chelate form, the D is D3, etc.Best of all, when I remember to take this regularly, my energy levels are much, much better. I've demonstrated this for myself over and over again; I think any placebo effect would have worn off by now.If I have any complaint it might be that the vitamin K isn't K2 form, but everyone gets that wrong anyway; when they do add K2 to a supplement it's usually mk-7, and I want mk-4. But I take three of the four fat-solubles (A, D3, and K2) separately anyway due to my individual health needs so it's not a big deal.I also like that this has a multiple-capsule dose. So feasibly, if you think your diet is already mostly on the ball and you're just after a little extra insurance, you could reduce your dose down to 2 or 3 and play it safe. All in all an excellent product, and costs about the same as some of those fancy plant-material-based health food store brands that contain beta carotene and cyanocobalamin and folic acid... but better for you.

Over 30 days in!
Now that I have taken it for a month, here is my honest (unpaid) review.Pros:Easy to take. Nice sized capsule that goes down easy.Seems to absorb nicely, as long as taken with food.Definitely feel and energy boost due to absorbing proper vitamins.Cons:1 serving size is 4 capsules. But that is probably the trade off of the size of the capsule. You have to take with food. If not, it will make you feel uncomfortable and nauseous. (Like most vitamins, I suppose)All in all, I definitely recommend these supplements. I have ordered another bottle.

Great product
Me and my wife 47 years naturally have already 8 months baby. This product is great she still is taking so she can past the vitamin nutrition to the baby. Definitely recommend little more i expect to pay but you get what you pay.

Perfect multi with gut friendly iron!
It’s hard to find a multivitamin with minerals that doesn’t have “regular” iron which really binds me up, if you get my drift. This one has chelated iron so does not cause any stomach issues. Works great!

Post-op DS patients may still need to add separate A-D-E-K
I'm impressed with the number of nutrients contained in these easy-to-take capsules, the chelated minerals, and the high RDA levels that post-op bariatric patients need. The description of this product on their website specifically says it contains nutrients in the forms needed by post-bariatric surgery patients who can no longer readily absorb standard vitamins. However, it is unclear whether the fat soluble vitamins (A-D-E-K) and carotenoids contained in this formulation are provided in the water-soluble form that many bariatric patients require. When I inquired about this, their Customer Service replied that these four vitamins are in the basic fat-soluble form. I asked for further clarification because I know that the d-alpha tocopheryl succinate form of Vitamin E contained in this multivitamin is, indeed, water soluble. I have not heard back from them.UPDATE 5/19/17: After asking repeatedly for clarification about the fat-soluble vitamins A-D-E-K in these vitamins, I finally got this response from the folks at Seeking Health: "The vitamins A,D and K are in their "dry" forms, however, they are water-miscible - meaning they form a homogeneous mixture. However, they are not completely soluble in water, as they are still fat soluble vitamins. The vitamin E is also in its "dry form". Vitamin E is fat soluble vitamin, but the the form of vitamin E in this product, as alpha-tocopheryl succinate, is specially treated to be more water-soluble than other vitamin E derivatives. The mixed tocopherols, however, are not specially treated. While they are included in their "dry form", they are also completely fat-soluble."It is still not entirely clear to me whether this multivitamin contains A-D-E-K vitamins in a form absorbable for post-bariatric surgery patients. I found their response to be kind of ambiguous. So judge for yourself.Meanwhile, in view of the additional information, I am upgrading my rating from 3 to 4. Still cannot give this product a 5 because the price keeps increasing.

Whoo-hoo! No methyl B's
I tend to get overloaded on methyl groups as strong methyl donors (methyl B12, methyl folate, melatonin, choline, etc.) make me foggy & tired. I'm so happy to find this methyl-b free multi-vitamin/mineral formula. I take it with Hydroxo-B12 w/ Folinic Acid. Ahhh..... I feel so much better and it keeps my blood levels in range.

Excellent vitamins, I am almost 10 years out from bariatric surgery and have tried MANY multi-vitamins. These are the best bang for the buck and dosage size--only 4 capsules instead of 6 like another bariatric formula, and the forms of the vitamins/minerals are the easiest to absorb types--very important after surgery. They are also suitable for people with MTHFR defect, and are free of most allergens. Again, excellent product!!
