Holds the blade steady. Simple to use . Scores bread easy. Great little tool and I do like the cover for the blade.

Works like a champ. The handle is feels good and it's easy to use. The metal piece on the end of the handle came detached on mine and I will have to glue it on so that it stays. -a bit annoying until I glue it, but it still works great.

I got a Bonnier razor sharp lame to score my breads beautifully. It comes in a nice box and the blade is protected by a leather pocket. I’ll be busy scoring breads!

Doesn't work for me at all. I went back to using a knife. The razor just smashes my dough. If I use it after the dough rises the dough deflates. Other then that....It's fine

A bit tricky to use it takes practice. but good and sharp, be careful and don't cut yourself.

I'm not new to breadmaking but getting more serious now. Finally stocking up on accessories like this. I'm astonished that this is one of the few lame that I could find with a cover. Just perfect.
