Works Well
I was looking for a grill brush that would work, but not leave shards like other brushes. The design of this brush ensures no loose particles to get in food, and does a reasonably good job cleaning the grill.

Well made.
Does a good job of cleaning my Weber grill grates. It takes a little more time than the bristle brushes because you dip it in water first and then scrape the hot grates and steam clean them. No worries about bristles in your food.

Scrapes the debris.
This unit cleans the food debris off of the grates just like designed. My most favorite new scraper this year. My only new scraper, but it’s still my favorite this year.

Works great!
Very heavy duty and well made. Works great! I really like the three brushe layers. Worth the price. It comes with a really nice storage bag.

Review after two months: Good quality, decent functioning non-bristle-shedding BBQ brush.
The Iregro BBQ brush was a good buy. One side is a solid metal scraper for the BBQ grates and the other side is a tightly wound metal/steel wool scraper. The good thing about the tightly wound metal scraper side is that none of the metal will shed or flake off onto the BBQ surface like some of the bristle brushes. The downside is that the wound metal does not clean grates as well as it cannot get between the grates. The scraper side can get in between grates but it takes far more precision and effort to individually clean each grate. This brush does also come with a metal hanger loop on the top so it can be hooked to hang.Even though this brush does not clean as well, it is a reasonably priced, high quality BBQ brush that thus far, seems like it will last for a while. The tight wound metal is much safer than the bristle brushes, but they just do not clean as well as the bristled brushes. I guess that is the worthwhile trade-off for not risking wire shards in your BBQed food.

Great brush
I wanted to get a brush for my grill that was not a bristle brush, this one works great and will not leave any bristles behind which it can cause significant problems is a bristle is ingested with a burger.

So stiff that this doesn't penetrate between the grill grates
I shouldn't have bought into the fear by purchasing this over the normal brush. This is too stiff so it doesn't let you get into the grooves and so they don't actually remove much. There's no perfect solution for cleaning your grills because these don't cause little brush heads to fall on your grill but they don't clean anything whereas the ones with bristles will do the opposite.Just make sure the bristles of the normal kind of brush doesn't manage to 1) get stuck on your grill, 2) then to your food, 3) then you eat it without noticing somehow and you'll be fine. I don't even know how that can happen but that was definitely a fringe case.

Not for all grills
Meh....doesn’t really work. Very well made. Strong and sturdy, but unless you use full on upper body and shoulder strength to press down. It more so slides across the grates.I use my grill at least three times a week. I’ve always used the bristle style metal scrapers, but since my wife has freaked from reading stories about those bristles coming off and getting consumed, I bought this one. My grill is a Weber Genesis with the flat style grates. Perhaps it’s designed more for the charcoal style grates that are rounded.Would not recommend this for flat style grates. I need a different scraper.
