Very bitter buy edible
I remain a bit timid to take this because of the cyanide, but I've limited myself to 6 per day, no side effects. I've done alot of reading on this, and mostly all positive. So I'm praying it works for me too.

I am very happy that I found this product on Amazon because I have bought apricots kernels from another company in the past that I liked but they were not organic - so organic is my preference ! Also since I wAs able to combine my shipping cost , it makes this product cheaper - the kernels are bitter but not excessively and I like that - 5 kernels every day in my smoothie as a support to my body for B 17 .
