Dont make the mistake i did, this seller charges you for an Omnitrac account that can be set up free by Omnitracs, better of buying it direct from Omnitracs, unless u dont like saving money, thankfully Omnitracs set it up for me bypassing the huge fee this seller charges, the ivr it self was brand new, and had instructions in the box on how to set it up without using the sellerNo problem with seller, i just didn’t read like I should have, thankfully i got around it

Worst unit I've ever used. If OTR dont ever buy this.List of things wrong with unit. Forced pop up action requirements. You know that load info you forgot because its buried on menu 5? You will be forced to add it before you can change your on duty status.The forced action pop ups alone will make a good day bad.Any issue the programmers decided is more important than duty status will pop up while you are mid duty status change forcing you to address it in that moment.The processor is underpowered. For a 700$ unit it needs a proper processor there is at least 5 sec lag for all actions.Touch screen icons take multiple times to press and compute.List of text for 8 day logs ect is font size 8 and buttons are the size of dried rice.Please fleet managers, despite their fully integrated back end front end chicanery dont put your drivers through this heap of frustration.

I do not recommend this unit the anyone. The older units are better. As a OTR driver this thing will cause more headaches. The company that I work for has not but issues with these things. Freezing, apps crashing while driving, slow responsiveness etc. Choose the older model or another brand.
