nice & light design
I ordered this one to replace my old Bodum Assam (September 2016) that finally cracked (in the background). The infuser goes very low so I don't need to fill the kettle as much as I used to have to. It's 400l on the picture I attached to my review; as a result, I would say the tea tasted better. The fact I can remove the infuser and keeps the lid is also a big plus; the handle for the infuser can come off but is easily put back). The pot is especially great for large or small quantity of loose tea. Due to the infuser's funnel shape, I wouldn't put more than two tea bags, but the result is still good. All in all, a very impressive teapot. Two years later (April 2021). The welding on the filter finally broke. Even then, I just inserted the funnel inside the frame and I can still use it.This teapot is really nice.

Perfect teapot
I wanted a teapot that was guaranteed non-drip having lived with an old China one for years which merrily soaked the worktop whenever you poured from it! This teapot absolutely does not leak on pouring and is just perfect for a number of reasons: 1. It doesn't leak or drip when pouring, never. 2. It is beautiful, really a very attractive item with its simplistic sleek design. 3. It holds a good volume - one pot gives us a good couple of generous mugs each at breakfast. 4. It's easy to use - four parts that click in together easily. 5. You can take out the dispenser and pop teabags in and it works well or you can leave the dispenser in for loose tea and it infuses beautifully and retains even very finely-ground tea safely inside. 6. It dismantles easily and can be rinsed under the tap in seconds. Reviews here that talk about the lid not fitting properly are just wrong. If I was looking for negatives I could only say that it is glass so is obviously delicate and can't be slammed down onto a granite worktop after pouring; we pop ours onto a little silicone mat and it's so beautiful that it's worth the seconds of thought that this takes; also you have to pop a finger onto the little stopper on the lid when pouring to keep it on but why would that be a problem? I can't recommend this product highly enough.

Great teapot, couple of niggles.
Really nice teapot. Looks quite stylish.Bigger than I expected, but that's not a bad thing. I normally fill it so I can get 3-4 mugs out of it.It's glass, yet really really light. I get worried that I'm going to break it (but probably just me).The filter reaches quite low into the pot, so you don't need to fill the pot all the way to get a good brew. The only issue so far is the handle for the lid has come off (it's just glued on, not screwed or riveted). Not a bit deal, just a dab of superglue to fix it.The filter is a stainless steel with holes, so if the tea is very fine, it can get through. You can buy paper filters (like tea bag paper) if it's an issue, but you can loose flavour.Would be nice if the lid extended down into the pot so it blocks the spout (Eg, twist the lid to open the spout) so that the tea remains hot, but that's just being picky.

Good family, non dripping spout teapot.
Lots of pluses.Looks good, easy to clean, holds lots of tea, can make as little or as much as you want as filter reaches a long way down the pot. I used fine loose tea and not one tea leaf came through the filter so no surprise choking on the dregs . Dare I say as ‘good’ as a teabag. One negative. The wire handle on the filter falls off easily but so long as you notice, and you can see where it fell it’s easy enough to reattach. One month later and the rim on the diffuser had become detached from the body . I contacted the seller who responded straight away and sent me a new diffuser , teapot lid and the insert the diffuser sits in. Very good customer service indeed. Five stars.

Super good 10/10
Such a game changer. Holds up to five cups! The tea holder is very fine, the tea comes out properly filtered. You can take out the tea and still be able to put the lid on the kettle.100% would suggest, I’ve been using it for a month now.

Good teapot
I decided to have more healthy tea and cut back on coffee. Loved the teapot design and good size to make few cups of teas can be used on the table for family meals. I have been using it for loose teas and the strainer inside is really good never experience any bits also keep tea warm for around 30 to 45 minutes. I used the teapot on the cooker most morning to reheat my tea I brewed overnight never try it in the microwave thou. One reason not for 5 stars the glass is not thick feel fragile don’t know what it can withstand, don’t pour tea in a rush slowly do the trick to avoid spillage.

Does the job perfectly
Very attractive and perhaps more importantly, delivers a great cup of tea. The fragility will always be a slight worry but that will always be the case if you want a glass pot. For us, being abLe to see the strength of the brewing tea is important. Would certainly make an excellent gift.

Quality product and beautiful looks
I have had many glass teapots but this is the best. Tea pours beautifully from the spout, the lid seals well, and the glass is of excellent quality . In addition , it has a beautiful shape and looks very elegant. I love that you can remove the tea leaf diffuser when using tea bags, for example. I am very happy with it and have had several complements about it.
