Sharp but shorter than 5.5”
Coloring seems a different than the pictures but they are very sharp. My main problem is that these are very short, not 5.5 inches. More like 4.5 or 5 inches. I am a professional hairstylist and am not used to cutting with a smaller scissor like these so description of size should be changed! Case is ugly too for such pretty scissors

Funky looking, but sharp and get the job done and done well. (FYI: not a hair dresser just a girl in quarantine trying to trim her and her husband’s hair)

Razor sharp is right!
Terrific scissors. I wouldn’t use them on children or pets because of unexpected movements; you could easily cut your subject or yourself.
