OLOS Chipotle Paste, 4 OZ

Canned chipotle peppers are great, but unless I puree and freeze the leftovers, I never use more than a tiny portion of the can before it goes bad. This chipotle paste is an easy, delicious alternative. My favorite easy way to cook chicken is to mix some mayo with the chipotle paste, and use that as a marinade and basting sauce.

Love using Chipotle peppers but tired of dealing with partial cans or jars? This is a great solution and just like tomato paste or anchovy paste. Squeeze what you need and pop back in the fridge. I love the fact that it comes in a tube it’s so easy to squeeze out and use. I bought it to make chipotle salad dressing. It’s smoky and sweet and a little tangy and spicy. I will definitely buy this again.

I love Chipotle peppers, but I have a hard time dicing them up. This is a good alternative because it tastes just as good without having to slice them up myself. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it for the convenience.

I use this chipotle paste in creme fraiche to make a luscious topping for tacos and other Mexican food we make from scratch. It is delicious and stays fresh to the very end of the tube. I'm quite sure we will keep ordering this for a long time to come. Thanks, Olo, for making it. Yummmmmmm.

First off let me say I love supporting small businesses! This came the next day, I had it on amazon prime 2 day, and was so excited! The taste, aroma, texture, simply everything about this is amazing! The flavor is out of this world. It has the right amount of heat in the flavor. It's thick but not too thick. My only complaint, and not even a big deal, is that the paste kind of went everywhere when I first opened it. Not a big deal and won't stop me from giving five stars. This product is amazing and I highly recommend it!This goes well with egg whites too!!

Bought this because I was sick of using an entire can just get a little bit of chipotle added to my recipes, and it works perfectly! So excited to be able to easily spice up chicken soup, mashed potatoes, rice, veggies, etc. with a little bit of chipotle smokiness.

I can't tell you how nice it is to have Chipotle paste in my fridge. I have never been able to be spontaneous with chipotle peppers and now I add chipotle paste to mayo when making burgers and sandwiches, sour cream to top any mexican dish, egg scrambles, salad dressings, and I keep finding more and more fun uses for it. It adds such a wonderful smokey kick and I can't get enough! I will probably never buy (and throw away most of) another little can of chipotle peppers. Thank you!
