Despite the photo and the product description claiming that a magnifier is included in the pack the actual product I received didn't have one and there was no mention of it on the pack either so I assume that the pack specifications have changed. As far as the quality is concerned it appears to be well made and robust and being metallic it can easily be sterilised in a baby bottle steriliser. Always grip tightly at skin and pull straight out. If the tick is stressed by twisting, etc. it will regurgitate ink the bite, which will greatly increase your chance of infection if it is carrying something.
