Good quality
My bunnies have been eating this hay (mixed with timothy hay) for 3 years and they love it. The quality is consistently good.

Fresh and Rabbits love then
Great quality as always. I recommend inspecting the bags/boxes, for any possible trash or dead animals. I found an animal foot in mine, but that doesn’t change its quality and consistency. My rabbit love this brand.

Great value!
This is a big ol quantity of orchard grass for a great price. I love the convenience of it coming to my door, and the guinea pig is super happy about having the hay. Win-win!

NOT ORCHARD HAY!
I will NOT be buying this product or from this brand again! I have an allergy to timothy hay and have been using orchard hay for about a year now with no reactions. No sneezing, blisters, bumps, itching, ...nothing. Then i see this large box online because the stores are in short supply and boom! immediately hit with the watery eyes, sneezing, bumps, itchiness. Also, the hay in the box is extremely dusty, mostly stems, and just scrappy. The quality of the hay is compromised and due to this and the nutritional values take a hit when most of the bag is dust. Never again.Just want to say that for a product to be mislabeled like this should be a crime. If you bought a bag of potato chips and they didnt say that there could be peanuts in your chips due to the manufacturing process then when you have an allergic reaction, that's on them. When i put my hand into a box labeled as orchard hay but break out in hives when i do, but my scratch test showed no reaction to orchard hay, then you guys are lying to your customers! Imagine if you had a pet who was actually allergic to timothy hay and you bought this product.Edit: bought another bag recently to give this brand another try as it’s the most available in my area. ANOTHER BAG OF TOMOGHY HAY WHICH I AM ALLERHIC TO! Absolutely ridiculous that they do this so often and after easing the other low reviews I see that it’s actually a problem. I’m done with Oxbow until they address whatever issue this is.

Good quality but don’t like small pieces.
Love this brand’s consistent quality but I don’t like small pieces, which I’ve just gotten used to longer lengths in big boxes purchased from farmers. Hay smells and looks good and guinea pigs love it. Is lasting forever.

8 out 10 boxes are perfect!
I have purchased this hay consecutively for 4 years now and specifically 16 times over the past year. I have 4 guinea pigs who plow through hay. This hay is tasty and wonderful, HOWEVER, statistically... 2 out of every 10 boxes I'll order is crappy. In the "bad boxes" the hay will be super super dusty and short making it extremely messy/dusty to use and undesirable to the pigs. It seems those "bad boxes" are the bottom of their bin/harvest. I wish the company would quality control those "bottom barrel" scraps and not sell them because i end up throwing the box away almost immediately due to unhappy pigs, the dusty mess, and uselessness. I will continue to buy their product but it's a gamble. Unfortunately my last box was a waste of $28 - I attached the photo of the "short hay" and notice the intense dust along the bag! Overall the product is worth the money, but don't be shocked if you get a "bad box"
