Great monitor. Love it. Great service, too.
1. This is an excellent monitor. Clear. Beautiful image. Worked immediately with my MacBook. Plugged it in and used it right out of the box. It is light weight, very portable. Very happy with the monitor.2. Uperfect customer service is excellent! Due to limitations set by Amazon the smart protective cover described on this page is not included, but Uperfect cannot change the text. I contacted them and they were aware of the misprint and offered a free sleeve as an alternative solution. Their response was fast and the cover was shipped to me fast. It is a perfect fit. Super happy with their service.

High quality monitor and great customer service!
This is a high quality and very portable monitor. Very clear and bright display at a very reasonable price. I had some questions and Oli from UPERFECT customer service was very responsive, friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great monitor for travel
Good portable monitor for the price. I recently switched from a macbook to a mac mini, so I needed a little monitor for when I travel. The set up was super easy and the color is quite accurate. I didn't open the package until a couple of months after I received it and found that one of the cables was missing. I reached out to customer support and they immediately responded and sent it to me. (5 stars for customer service!). The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that there are two small light green spots on the screen. They are not always noticeable, but I can see them if the background is solid. For the graphic design work and photo retouching that I do, I find that small defect a little annoying. Still a great monitor for occasional use.

The perfect monitor for the graphic designer on the go
Hey there fellow techies, I don't normally write detailed reviews for products, but this monitor has drastically improved my portable workstation/workflow, so I thought it would be fair to write down some of my thoughts. I have been a corporate graphic designer for the last 25 years, am obsessed with new technology, and am VERY particular about color and calibration with my digital/print art. I travel a lot for work and have been taking this monitor with me everywhere, and I feel that it is rugged enough to be tossed into a backpack or suitcase. So far, I've flown over 3500 miles with this thing in luggage and backpacks, and it's still as good as new.As far as calibration goes, I can confidently say that this monitor passes with flying colors (pun not intended). I did quite a bit of research on portable monitors (there are so many options) before purchasing this monitor, and I'm extremely happy I chose this one. After some very minor calibration (super easy to do with the buttons on the monitor), the screen actually looked better than my $3,500 OLED Alienware laptop monitor. For this reason, I am now using the 4K Uperfect portable monitor as my primary monitor for design, and my Alienware laptop monitor for research and reference. The Uperfect monitor is just as bright if not brighter than my laptop, which is awesome for daytime work.Something I really appreciate is the granular control of the menus, from 1-100 in settings (brightness, colors, volume). I feel like I have complete control over calibration, and the color reproduction is amazing. I like that the monitor remembers the settings when powering off and on, so it's a true plug and play experience. In my case, I'm using the thunderbolt port (which delivers power) on my pc and connecting to the port on the monitor that has a little monitor symbol next to it (see pic of side of unit in review, taken from an AirBNB rental while traveling). The monitor comes with many different cords, but all I needed was the included USB-C to USB-C cord. I LOVE that I can just whip out this monitor, plug in the one USB-C cable, and I'm good to go - no external plugging or power needed. Within seconds, I have a 2-monitor setup at a coffeshop and I feel like I'm living in the future. One thing I noticed while setting up - and this is more of my personal preference - you'll want to make sure you change your display settings to match on both your pc/mac/laptop display and the 4K Uperfect monitor display. This really has nothing to do with the Uperfect monitor, and everything to do with the settings of your pc/mac/laptop display. I set both laptop and uperfect monitors to display at 250%, and it is sharp and crisp as can be. On pc this would be right click on desktop > display settings > Scale and Layout. In the past, I used 1080p portable monitors, and the displays didn't match up due to the much higher pixel count on my laptop. This problem was solved with this 4K monitor, and my mouse transitions seamlessly back and forth as I design.Overall, I definitely recommend this 4K Uperfect monitor as a daily work station, especially for those who travel a lot or have the need for a rugged, bright, crisp, colorful, and portable monitor. It's really a great value for the price and has quickly become an essential addition to my design arsenal. Cheers!

Nice screen, nice set of ports, but power hungry.
I've been looking for a 4K portable monitor for a while now. What ultimately sold me on this unit was the port selection: I hate mini-HDMI. Pretty much all portable monitors use this port, but all that means is you will always need an adapter or a special cable. Having a full-size HDMI port makes this much more universal. If you are interested, here are the positives:1. Good port selection. USB-C, HDMI, and Mini-DP lets you use just about anything with this monitor.2. Has an internal USB passthrough with included dongle.3. Has a power button. Rare to see this, but useful if you are going to leave it connected to power.4. Screen contrast/color is very good. It is a matte screen, but one of the better ones in a portable.5. Included stand/case is pretty good quality.6. A lot of manual controls. There are a few things they could improve upon though:1. It uses more power than a typical portable monitor. All my other monitors are fine with 5w of power, this needs more like 8w. In terms of cost it's not a big issue, but does mean a lot of devices can't power this monitor one cable. You may need to bring the included charger.2. Includes Mini-displayport which is nice, but normally the computer has the mini-DP and the monitor has full-size displayport. Most people will probably stick with HDMI.3. Included hub runs on a micro-usb port instead of USB-C or full-size USB.4. Speakers are on the back and aren't that impressive.5. The 15" model has a good screen, but the 17" has a much better one. Would have liked to see the better screen in both sizes. 60hz refresh is fine, but an option for faster would have been nice.6. Design is rather bland and boxy. It's a really good monitor and is very versatile. Only reason to look elsewhere is if you needed one-cable video from a low power device (like a phone) or if you wanted an even better screen.
