Bought these chilli's for an authentic Mexican recipe, great to be able to buy unusual chilli's which not able to buy in the shops. Arrived well packed on time. Very good quality at a reasonable price.

Cut N deseed, soak in hot water and then put through blender. Makes a fantastic consistency and taste with other ingredients.

Great product, pleased with the vendor
I tend to buy Ancho chilies once or twice a year for batch cooking. These are the freshest and tastiest I've ever had (I guess here on mud island they tend to get stuck in the supply chain for quite a while).There was a slight issue with the order - I ordered three and the vendor only sent one, but it was dealt with politely and professionally within a couple of days.

Get lots more than you would from a supermarket
Rehydrated them in coffee and put them in a chilli. So nice!! Would definitely recommend them
